The Hioki IR4018-20 Analog MΩ HiTester is a powerful insulation resistance tester that measures the insulation level of electrical wires or equipment. This instrument is not designed for the production line and is not suitable for that purpose. Please use the 3154 Digital MΩ HiTester for the production line.

Be well-informed about the condition of your batteries.

BATT: HIGH

Green signals that the battery level is sufficiently high

BATT: LOW

Red warns of low battery power.

BATT: DEAD

Replace the batteries before the LED turns completely off.

The LIVE CIRCUIT LED will light up in red whenever the voltage exceeds 20V AC between the LINE and EARTH terminals, and when at least 20V DC is still remaining during the auto discharge.
